LG Washing Machine Not Taking Fabric Conditioner

If your washer is not taking in fabric conditioner, check for the following:

• Clean potential buildup of fabric conditioner – fabric conditioner residual may have formed in the machine’s conditioner slot and it needs to be cleaned out (Use warm water plus a clean cloth).
• Dilute the conditioner– Your fabric conditioner might be too thick so the machine can’t really ‘accommodate’ it. Try to dilute it a little with water (you can add one part of water).

Quick Tip: To prevent these problems, always use the fabric conditioner recommended by LG (see your owner’s manual).
